The high point of the journey happens when you reach the top of Poon Hill at sunrise. From there, you can enjoy sweeping views of the Annapurna region, featuring Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himal, Gangapurna, Machhapuchhare, and Manaslu. Climbing up Ghorepani Poon Hill is easy and at a lower elevation, so you don’t have to worry about altitude sickness. We will also be relaxing your mind and body muscles through our healing approaches in between the trek.
Ghorepani, where you spend the night, is only 2,028 meters high—the highest point on this trek. Altitude sickness usually kicks in above 3,500 meters, but you’re well below that here. Before starting the trek, you will explore the spiritual places in Kathmandu valley.
Passing through Birethanti and climbing Dhampus Ridge, you’ll reach Ghorepani. After a night there, catch a stunning sunrise at Poonhill. You will then spend the night in Ghorepani and relax in the hot springs at Tatopani. Another night on Ghorepani Poon Hill Yoga trek route will take you to the Gurung village of Ghandruk. The next day, descend to Nayapul, where you will ride back to Pokhara and then have a leisure healing day. Next day you will fly back to Kathmandu. A Regular Day at Ghorepani Poon Hill Yoga Trek and Meditation Retreat
Everyday you wake up and after your morning activities there will be an hour of Yoga daily. For 1 hour you will be healing your body and mind through yoga and Vedic Raga Music. The day will be spent as per the itinerary whether it can be a trekking day or full day Yoga Healing Session.
Every evening seeing how tired you are we will either conduct Yoga Sessions or Manasukh’s Special Healing Session which is the blended mixture of ancient Vedic Ragas, Sound Healing and Guided Meditation. Get ready for an unforgettable healing journey with Manasukh.
