Mardi Himal Yoga Trek - Overview

“Mardi Himal Yoga Trek is becoming famous because of a perfect blend of adventures and relaxation, with beautiful scenes of Nature.”

Mardi Himal Yoga Trek is in the heart of the Annapurna region, and it is the most thrilling adventure you will have in Nepal.

Mardi Himal is also known as Nepal’s top yoga meditation center in the Himalayas, where you can enjoy yoga and meditation with yoga experts.

It is a short trek, where it provides stunning views of the mountains and a great experience of yoga, nature, and culture, by leaving the pressure of a boss, colleagues, and daily life routine.

On this trail, you’ll see delightful rhododendron forests, charming landscapes, villages, and rivers with the glittering Himalayas which make your mouth open for a while.

Seeing such scenery on this trail you feel like you have visited Heaven.

Leaving behind the busy trails we head into the less crowded trails exploring the stunning views of Annapurna, Machhapuchre(Fishtail), Dhaulagiri, and Mardi Himal with picturesque views.

Just imagine doing yoga and meditation in these stunning places,  where your mind and body connect to nature allowing you to find true inner peace.

To awaken your body we do yoga and meditation in the morning with the beautiful scene of forests, villages, and Himals followed by the scenic treks after lunch.

In the evenings, after the trek, we do another yoga session to make your body relax, easing away the tiredness from the day’s journey.

Are you thinking of a yoga guide, then we are the ones who provide an expert yoga guide for the whole journey.

Our experienced yoga guide will lead you through daily yoga and meditation sessions for your physical rejuvenation and spiritual growth.

Best season for the Mardi Himal Yoga Trek

Because in these seasons you will find mild temperatures with clear skies providing stunning views of the surroundings, including Mardi Himal and Machhepuchhre.
